Here's the recipe I'm using: NIGHTLY FLUSH 1L of warm water 2 teaspoons organic uniodized seasalt (the uniodized is the key part) Shake well, chug fast so you don't hurl LEMONADE 14 tablespoons Grade B / Medium maple syrup 14 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 2L water WHAT TO DO Drink the flush at night. Enjoy the next hour of flushery. All day, drink a cup every couple of hours (or when hungry) of the lemonade. Drink as much water as you want. Do this for 7-10 days (10 is better), or longer if you really feel it. This is Day 0, I start with my first flush tonight, and drink cleanse tomorrow. Current weight: 225 Previous high: 265
